NEW CARDS

The fall i s here and I spend more time inside. To get started with the creativity I start with making cards. The motive is painted with watercolors and I have to start to see the colors.

This usually get me started with the more complicated art. 
I hope the fall and winter give me the creativity I need.

DINHOBBY AND FASHION

Dinhobby is entering a new area, and I enjoy writing the new articles about fashion and makeup. I try to make this nice for every girl and woman, and sometimes I will give this articles a different angle then the magazines.

I hope you will enjoy to read this.

VEGETABLES FROM OUR GARDEN

This year we have been growing vegetables in zincbuckets. We have carrots, strawberries, green salad, herbs and tomatoes.

The tomatoes and the green salad is already been eaten, but we still waiting to harvest the carrots, the tomatoes and the herbs.

Since we have little summer left we try to make one more crop with salat. Maybe we have more salad in the fall beasauce this grow fast.

The tomatoes is still growing in size and they not have the beautiful red color. I love to eat the tomato when this sweet from the sun, so I hope they mellow outside and I not have to take this inside.









We couldn't wait to se how the carrots looked beasauce outside the package they were in many colors. All the one we harvest had the normal color, so we are no waiting for the rest.

The green salad had a really nice taste, so this one we want next year too.

LAWN BEHIND THE SMALL HOUSE

When we moved in this was a place with high grass and beatifull flowers, and since this was beside a small hose in the garden we desided this place was ideal for parking to this house.

We started making the parking, but after a while we understod that finnishing the small house to a workshop for my craft and art would take much more time than planed.

So again with the help from my father and his tools I make this to a lawn again because it was not nice when this just half finnished. And if I make parking and there was no cars in this the grass would start growing anyway.

LAWN AND DRIVEWAY

Since we moved into our house I have tryed to remove as much lawn as I could, but this thime I make more. Call this crasy but I change my mind after I got a lawnmower I can sitt on.

We also try to fix the end of the driveway because this is always filled with water when we have alot of rain.

And once again my beloved father have to help. Everything goes much faster when you have the right tool for the work.

As always I have to finnish the work who you have to work by hand. If anyone not belive I really do this I have pictures as prof to my work :-)

A STONEBED FILLED WITH STAWBERRIES AND HERBS

After the big flowerbed of stones were finnished I got more stones and decided to build one small one too.

My daughters have always wanted a vegetablegarden, and to make them happy I am going to fill this stonebed with strawberries and herbs.

I alredy have the strawberrie,s and I will soon move this to this place. The herbs I am going to buy next spring.

I think I not build more flowedbeds of stone, but I never know if I get more stones. So maybe I make one more and maybe not.

This flowerbeds are easy to maintain. Just remebmer to remove weed and keep the flowers small because they grow easy and cover the nice stones fast if you not remove some every year.

BUILDING A FLOVERBED OF STONE

This summer I have been designing the back of my garden. I have been making one flowerbed of stone with small flowers who comes back year after year. Some of the flowers are bought, some found on the beach and some I get from my friends.

It needs much planing to make a flowerbed of stones, a lot of time and mucles. To place the stones are heavy work so I not make this big one in one day, and I needed help from my nephew to place the biggest stones were they belong. When the stones were placed I filled the staces with soil.

 

This picture show a small part of the flowerbed (1/5). When this flowerbed was finnished I must say I really like the design, and how this change the back of my garden.
